Kurzick Faction Donation - Guild Wars Forums

Im currently in a Luxon guild that I have no intention of leaving but, I would like to pick up r4 Kurzick title for my HoM.
If I get a Guest invite to a Kurzick guild can I donate the faction so I would get the 10k towards the title? Or would I have to buy amber and only get 5k towards title?

No, you cannot donate faction as a guest.

You need to either join a Kurzick guild until you are finished or just keep your Kurzick faction higher and buy skills and amber until you are finished.

Remember buying skills will double the points you will receive just as if you were donating faction, but there are a limited number of skills, and purchasing amber with Kurz faction will not double your points, essentially making your progression towards R4 twice as long.

You can still finish factions in nm and hm and give your book to the kurzick guy to get 120k faction(hm reward)
While not as fast as VQ or other fation related things it still works. If I am correct there is also a weekend where the book faction rewards are doubled?

There isn't an event where book rewards are doubled (alas), but there are a couple of weekends in the year where you get double faction from spending it (so 5k on amber gives you 10k, 3k on a skill gives you 12k, etc). Next one is due early next year, I think.

I am in the same position as Kosar, but where i can go to buy skills and ember as a luxon?

also jade quarry and fort aspenwood(kurzick)
